-Wie motivierst du dich an einem bad day?

Ich versuche grundsätzlich davon auszugehen, dass es kaum bad days gibt.
Jeder Tag ist ein neues Geschenk, dass man nützen sollte. Und wenn ich mal einen faulen Tag haben sollte, schaue ich auf meine To Do Liste und bin sofort motiviert.

-Was war  deine bisher schwierigste und was deine beste berufliche Erfahrung?

Schwer zu sagen. Als außerordentlich schwierig erachte ich die Tatsache, dass ich mit der Selbständigkeit (TrueYou) bereits im Bachelorstudium begonnen habe und die Sache neben einem Vollzeitstudium aufgebaut habe.

Eine der besten war definitiv Anfang dieses Sommers, wie ich erkannt habe das sämtliche meiner Projekte: TrueYou, WayOfJay, Follow Vienna, verbunden werden können und sich immense Synergien ergeben können.

-Was ist deine Stärke?

Ich denke, dass zu meinen größten Stärken mein Umgang mit Menschen gehört. Networken ist das A und O in meinen Branchen und das ist etwas, was ich über die Zeit meines Bachelorstudiums und meiner beruflichen Praxis gemeistert habe.
Meiner Meinung nach sind Charisma und die Fähigkeit mit Menschen zu können, DIE Voraussetzungen für kreative, unternehmerische Projekte aller Art.

-Was war deine Motivation zu gründen, dich mit WayOfJay, TrueYou, Follow Vienna, etc selbständig zu machen?
Ganz ehrlich? Eine Kombination aus Langeweile, Ambitionen und Risikofreude. Ich war immer schon die Art Typ, dem gegebene Parameter nicht genug sind.
Mit der notwendigen Portion Selbstvertrauen und genügend Engagement sind einem fast alle Türen geöffnet.
Was einem bewusst sein muss, ist dass man gegebenenfalls auf Freizeit verzichten muss, um gewisse Projekte zu realisieren – umso erfüllender wenn man merkt, dass die Projekte fruchten.

-How do you motivate yourself on a bad day?

I try to assume, that there are rarely bad days. Everyday is a new gift. That you have to be aware of it and use it wisely. And when I really have a lazy day, I look at my To Do List and I am motivated immediately.

-What was your best and what was your most difficult working experience so far?

Hard to say. Really difficult for me is the fact, that I began my self-employement and building up TrueYou at the time of my bachelor studies.

One if the best working experiences was definitly at the beginning of this summer. I realised, that all of my projects TrueYou, WayOfJay, Follow Vienna van be combined. And massive synergie effects can be originated.

-What is your strength?

I think my greatest strength is dealing and connecting with people.
Networking is so important in my branches and areas.  And that is something, I really handled and managed well during my bachelor studies and time of my Business practice.
In my opinion Charisma and the ability to deal with People, that are THE main conditions for creative, entrepreneurial projects of all kinds.

-What was your motivation to found, to be self employed with WayOfJay, TrueYou, Follow Vienna,..?
Honestly? A combination  of boredom, ambition and risk appetite. I have always been the kind of type, that set parameters aren`t enough.
With the necessary amount of self-esteem and commitment nearly all doors open.
What you have to be aware of, that you sometimes have to sacrifice leisure time, to put certain projects to reality.
The more fulfilling it is, when these projects are successful.
