–Was war deine bisher beste und deine schwierigste Arbeitserfahrung?
Die schwierigste Arbeitserfahrung bisher war, eine Veranstaltung im vorigen Jahr. Im Vorfeld ist bei der Zeitplanung ein Fehler passiert, von dem ich nichts wusste. Es war ein Zeitchaos, die Struktur fehlte. Meine beste Erfahrung war vor kurzer Zeit in Paris. Im Rahmen dieses World Wide Modelshow Case, wurde ich von dem Veranstalter eigeladen, habe neue Leute getroffen, Booker, Models, Direktoren, … Da ist mir bewusst geworden, was ich vor 4 Jahren gestartet und jetzt erreicht habe. Die Veränderung, die Steigerung, was ich aus eigener Kraft geschafft habe.
-Hast du ein Rezept, um dich an einem bad day zu motivieren?
An das große Ganze zu denken. Ich habe Disziplin und bin auch manchmal streng zu mir selbst. Ich denke an den next day, nach dem bad day. Es macht mir am nächsten Tag ein schlechtes Gewissen, wenn ein Tag verschwendet wurde, überhaupt nicht produktiv war. Dann denke ich, dass es mich sicher ärgert, was ich an dem bad day erledigen hätte können und die ganze Zeit des Tages unproduktiv war.
-Was brachte dich dazu, LST Models zu gründen?
Mehr Perspektiven, mehr Möglichkeiten zu haben – das wollte ich immer schon. Seit ich ein kleiner Bub war und bei älteren Menschen gehört habe, dass sie sagten „ich habe zu wenig Möglichkeiten genutzt“, hatte ich Angst nach 30-40 Jahren normaler Arbeit dies auch zu bereuen. Ich möchte Action und verschiedene Perspektiven nutzen können. Außerdem habe ich nie ein Problem mit Veränderungen gehabt. Ich mag Veränderungen, es ist ein Prozess.
-Was macht dich glücklich?
Mein Bike, in der Natur, frische Luft. Da geht es um den Moment, den Reflex, den Instinkt, beim Biken. Das ist sehr anstrengend und gleichzeitig sehr entspannend für mich. Urlaub in Spanien wo gute Stimmung und Temperament ist, macht mich auch glücklich. Wenn man in einen Club in Spanien geht und da ist so richtig gute Stimmung durch den DJ, die Musik. Selbst wenn da jemand hineinkommt, der schlecht aufgelegt ist, da ist so eine Stimmung, die reißt jeden mit.

–What was your best and what was your most difficult work experience so far?
The most diffcult working experience was an event last year. A mistake happened already in the run oft he event, that I didn`t know. There was no structure, a chaotic time-management.
My best working experience was lately in Paris. Within the World Wide Modelscout Case I was invited by the organisator, met different people from agencies, bookers, models, directors, CEO`s,… there I realised the difference, the Change from 4 years ago. I realised what I myself have achieved.
-Do you have a „bad day“ motivation recipe?
To think of the big Picture. I have discipline and I am hard on myself sometimes.
I think of the next day, after the bad day. If I waste all the time of that bad day, I am frustrated on the next day of being so unproductive. I get a guilty conscience, because Things have not been discharged, are still open, nothing finished.
-What drove you to found LST Models?
More perspectives, greater opportunities, possobilities – I always wanted that.
Since I was a little boy and heard older people saying full of regret „we lost some chances, didn`t go for opportunities“ – I didn`t wanted to be the same after 30-40 years „typical job“ . I want some action and different perspectives. And I never had a problem with changes. I like changes, it`s all a process.
-What makes you happy?
My bike, biking in nature, fresh air. It`s all about the moment, reflex, instincts. This is very challenging and at the same time very relaxing for me.
Holiday in spain for example makes me happy. There is a good mood and temper. If you go to a Club in spain, the music, the dj puts you into a good mood. If somebady walks in the club being depressed or something, the music carries you away and makes you smile.
