-Wie motivierst du dich an einem bad day?
Ich habe glücklicherweise sehr selten schlechte Tage. Wenn ich einen habe, dann fällt es mir sehr schwer mich zu motivieren. Meistens schafft es jedoch meine Freundin als Einzige mich aufzubauen. An anderen Tagen reicht mir mein Ziel das ich verfolge aus, um meine Motivation zurück zu bringen.
-Was war deine bisher schwierigste und was deine beste berufliche Erfahrung?
Beides wird vereint von der Entscheidung mich selbstständig zu machen. Es fiel mir sehr schwer diesen Schritt zu gehen, da es in gewisser Weise Angst in mir auslöste. Angst vor dem Ungewissen, dem Kontrollverlust. Als ich mich dann schließlich überwunden hatte, war es das schönste Gefühl für mich und das ist es noch immer. Ich bin in einem sehr abwechslungsreichen Berufsfeld und genieße jede meiner neuen Erfahrungen und die vielen neuen Menschen auf die ich treffe. Natürlich ist nicht alles an meiner Arbeit schön, aber ich bin sehr glücklich mit meiner Entscheidung und kann unabhängig davon wie viel Geld ich mit meiner Agentur verdienen werde sagen, dass ich im Moment zufrieden mit meiner Selbstständigkeit bin und das gegen keinen anderen Beruf tauschen möchte und das ist das Beste, was einem passieren kann 🙂
-Was macht dich glücklich?
Mich machen die unterschiedlichsten Sachen glücklich. Zum einen bin ich jemand der sehr gerne einmal einen Sonntag auf der Couch verbringt und den ganzen Tag nur Filme schaut. Andererseits bin ich auch unglaublich gerne unterwegs und mache neue Erfahrungen. Ich reise außerdem sehr gerne und verbringe gerne Zeit mit meiner Freundin, meinen Freunden und meiner Familie. Und Essen, ich liebe gutes Essen.
-Was ist deine Stärke?
Meine größten Stärken sind meiner Meinung nach, dass ich sehr kommunikativ bin und schnell mit Menschen in ein Gespräch kommen kann. Das ist auch, weil ich ein sehr großes Interesse an allen möglichen Dingen habe und super neugierig bin.

-How do you motivate yourself on a bad day?
I’m luckily one of the few people who doesn’t have „bad days” very often. But if I do have a bad one it’s pretty hard to motivate me. On these days my girlfriend might be the only one who could bring me back on track. On all the other days the goal I’m chasing is enough to keep me going.
-What was your best and what was your harshest working experience so far?
Both, my hardest decision and the best experience I made, are united by my decision to start my own business. It was really hard for me to make the decision of leaving my previous company and founding my own. To be honest I was really afraid of taking this step. I was afraid of loosing control and of something uncertain. But as soon as I made the decision it was the best experience for me and this experience still continues. I love the diversity of my profession and I like that I can meet so many new people every day. Of course my work is not always nice and at some point it gets really really hard, but the only thing that I can really say for sure is that I’m happy with my decision. No matter how much money I’ll ever earn with my business. I wouldn’t switch jobs with anybody in the world, because I’m happy and to me that’s the most important thing at the end of every day.
-What makes you happy?
Many things can make me very happy. On the one side I love to enjoy a Sunday on the couch at home watching movies all day long, but on the other side I also like to travel and to try new things. Furthermore I love spending time with my girlfriend, my friends and my family. And food, I love food.
-What is your strength?
My strengths are that I’m very talkative and that I can get into conversations really quick. That’s probably because I’m very curious about everything and it’s easy to attract my attention with small things.
